- Un-Armed Branch: HS or Class 12th passed from a recognised Board or Council for the post of Constable, Unarmed Branch, District Executive Force (DEF).
- Armed Branch: HSLC or Class 10th passed from a recognised Board or Council for the post of constable of Armed Branch.
Nationality: Candidates must be Indian Citizen, ordinarily resident of Assam.
Pay Scale: Rs.14000 – Rs.49000 (Pay Band No. 2) plus Rs. 8700 Grade pay plus other allowances as admissible under the rules.
Age Limit: Candidate should not be more than 25 years and less than 18 years of age as on 1st July 2019. The candidates must be born on or before the dates shown below to apply.
